Material innovation, excellent performance
High strength nylon: The main body is made of reinforced nylon 66 (PA66) material, incorporating glass fiber reinforcement technology (PA66+30% GF), significantly improving mechanical strength. After testing, its tensile strength can reach 150MPa, which is three times that of ordinary plastic. It can effectively resist the torque during daily opening and closing, as well as the stress impact in complex environments inside the engine compartment, ensuring long-term use without cracking or deformation.
This material has been specially formulated and optimized with the addition of anti ultraviolet (UV) additives and antioxidants, which can maintain stable performance in the extreme temperature range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃.
Nano coating technology: Some high-end engine oil cap surfaces are treated with nano oil repellent coatings. The coating thickness is only in the micrometer range, but it can endow the plastic surface with excellent oil repellent performance, making it difficult for the oil to adhere and easily slip off. Not only does it avoid pollution and corrosion caused by residual engine oil, but it also greatly facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance. Sealing upgrade to prevent leakage
Multi layer sealing structure: Innovative multi-layer sealing system is adopted in the design. The inner layer is a high elasticity rubber sealing ring, which tightly fits the edge of the oil filling port. By utilizing the flexibility and resilience of rubber, it fills small gaps and provides the first line of sealing defense, effectively blocking oil leakage. The middle layer is a plastic sealing gasket, which is integrally formed with the main material and undergoes precision molding technology to ensure complete compatibility with the surface of the engine cylinder head and eliminate potential leakage channels. The outer layer is a threaded structure with thread sealant. During the tightening process, the sealant fills the thread gap, forming an additional sealing barrier to further enhance the sealing effect and achieve triple protection, making oil leakage a thing of the past.
Liquid sealant assistance: Some products are paired with Ailete liquid sealing adhesive, which can flow and fill the subtle depressions and gaps on the joint surface under the action of fastening force, forming a uniform, stable and continuous sealing film. Compared with traditional solid gaskets, it does not have problems such as compression deformation, internal stress relaxation, creep, and elastic fatigue, effectively avoiding oil leakage caused by seal failure.
