Ningbo, March 10, 2026 – Recently, Ningbo Zhimei Plastic products Co.,Ltd successfully passed the supervision and review of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system and obtained the renewed certification. This achievement fully confirms the company’s strict quality control system and standardized production management level in the R&D, production and supply of car interior air conditioning control panels, laying a solid foundation for its long-term development in the automotive interior parts industry.
As a mandatory quality management standard in the global automotive industry, IATF 16949 is based on ISO 9001 and adds more stringent technical specifications for the automotive industry, emphasizing defect prevention and reducing variation and waste in the entire supply chain. In the process of applying for certification renewal, Ningbo Zhimei comprehensively sorted out and optimized the production process of car interior air conditioning control panels, strictly controlled every link from raw material procurement, mold development, injection molding to product assembly and testing, and established a complete quality traceability system.
For the production of car interior air conditioning control panels, Ningbo Zhimei has adopted advanced production equipment and testing instruments, and set up a special quality inspection team to conduct 100% inspection on the appearance, performance and durability of each product.
